These Terms of Service govern your use of theloftyenterprises.com and purchases from Lofty Enterprises. By accessing the website, creating an order, or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Lofty Enterprises is an independently operated sole-proprietor online retail business serving customers in the United States.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order. You may not use the website or its products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, or interfere with the website’s operation or security.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, options, prices, availability, and specifications accurately. Colors and appearance may vary because of device displays, production changes, or supplier updates. Minor packaging differences that do not materially change a product’s function may occur.
Products and quantities may be changed or discontinued without notice. We may correct an error or cancel an affected order if product, price, inventory, or variant information is materially inaccurate. If payment has already been collected for a canceled item, it will be refunded.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory unavailability, an incorrect price, a shipping restriction, or an apparent resale or abusive purchasing pattern.
You agree to provide current, accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information. Available payment methods, applicable taxes, and the total purchase price are displayed during checkout.
Lofty Enterprises currently sells and ships only within the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is free unless a different charge is clearly displayed before checkout.
Our estimated total delivery window is 6–20 business days. This includes order processing and carrier transit and is a good-faith estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Some orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by CJDropshipping or other third-party fulfillment partners. Products from the same order may arrive separately, and tracking information may update at different times.

Returns require advance authorization. Return locations may vary because of third-party fulfillment, so products must not be mailed to the parcel sender or another address unless Lofty Enterprises provides that address in writing.
Eligibility, return costs, damaged or incorrect items, cancellations, and refund timing are governed by our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for reviewing the product, selected variant, quantity, delivery address, and contact information before submitting an order. Notify us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address or order can be changed after fulfillment begins.
You are also responsible for following product instructions and safety warnings and for using products only for their intended lawful purposes.
We may use suppliers, fulfillment companies, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other service providers to operate the store and complete orders. Their participation does not transfer responsibility for Lofty Enterprises customer support.
The website may contain links to third-party websites. Those websites are independently operated, and their content, availability, privacy practices, and terms are outside our control. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, branding, layout, graphics, and other original content belong to Lofty Enterprises or are used with permission. You may view the website for personal shopping purposes, but you may not reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without authorization.
Product names, trademarks, photographs, and other supplier or manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners.
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. For a claim arising from a particular purchase, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
